Live Music Bar JET will be reopening on Sunday nights as of 20 September 2009 with a Special Unit Band.
Regular members of the JET Special Unit Band will include Taki on bass/vocals, Kochan on drums, and former JET member – Kazufumi – on guitar. Also, JETsun will be featuring a regular guest guitarist – Sammy* of S.K.p.
JETsun schedule for September and October is as follows:
Live Music Bar JET Sunday hours: 8:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
BAND HOURS:
1st Stage: 9:00p.m. – 9:40 p.m.
2nd Stage: 10:00 p.m. – 10:40 p.m.
3rd Stage: 11:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.
OPEN:
September 20 & 27
October 4, 18*, & 25
CLOSED:
October 11
(due to previously scheduled Torii Station Rocktober Fest – if you get the chance, be sure to go see Kochan, Mimi, Eddie, and Taki jam – along with many other acts scheduled for the day.)
*Nights Sammy will be featured as guest guitarist.

Ryukyu Island rock band JET is scheduled to perform Sunday afternoon (5 July, 2009) in the annual summer break concert being held at the local athletic park bull ring just outside Kadena AB Gate 5.

The usual Ryukyu Island band JET guitarist (Eddie), will be not be available tonight (Friday 12 June 2009). To keep things jamming will be guest guitarist (and former JET member) Kazufumi.

Due to unforseen circumstances, the regular drummer (Kochan) will not be available for a bit. In his place will be another JET regular Atsushi. If you haven’t had the opportunity to catch this artist, come on out.
