Ryukyu-no (Okinawan) Rock – JET

As of 1 April 2016, the Ryukyu Island rock band JET will be featuring a new primary drummer. Kiyoshi Motobu

Kiyoshi is a 23 year old local musician who is also part of the local band Veibeez (The Baybeez).

Last night Kochan ended his reign as the primary Ryukyu Island band JET drummer. Here is a brief look at his last song…

The Ryukyu Island Rock Band JET will be performing @ the annual New Year Rock Festival being held at the main concert hall on Gate 2 Street this coming Sunday, 10 January 2016, around 7:45 pm. Tickets are ¥3000 at the door or ¥2500 in advance from the band members during break time @ Live Music Bar JET on Friday and Saturday night.

The Ryukyu Island Rock Band JET will be performing @ the annual Gate 2 Fest this coming Sunday, 29 November 2015 around 6 p.m. If on island, come check it out!
