Ryukyu-no (Okinawan) Rock – JET

JET will be perfoming at Live Music Bar JET on Sunday, 31 December 2006. The doors open at 8:30 p.m. and the band hits the stage at 9:00 p.m. We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday.

As part of the season’s greetings, a video with clips of the band jamming at Bar JET throughout 2006 was made. Unfortunately, the original video was a bit too long and had to be divided into two parts.

It’s that time of year again, the annual Gate 2 Fest is being held today, Sunday 26 November 2006. So if you haven’t had the opportunity to experience a local street festival, here’s a good chance. The new members of JET will be performing the evening of the fest, why not go out check it out?

The site was just upgraded to the new WordPress 2.05. If you run into any bugs or problems, please let me know.

Also, a new single CD version of ‘Tequila Rose’ is in the works. This version will feature two members of the JET band “family”, Taki on bass/vocals and Koji on drums/vocals. Projected realease is set for December 2006.

At 7:45 – 8:30 p.m. on Sunday, 24 September, Ryukyu Island rock band JET is scheduled to perform at the annual end of summer festivities of Hansenfest. So come out and jam with the new members of JET while enjoying a day of food, music, and festival activites.
